The Department of Commerce was established in the year 2018. The Department offers Career Related Degree Programme in Commerce &Tax Procedure and Practice. This programme is designed with the objective of equipping the students to cope with the emerging trends and challenges in the industrial and business world.

Presently the department has 3 permanent faculty members and 1 guest faculty.

Eligibility Criteria: Eligibility for admissions and reservation of seats for the career related programme in Commerce &Tax procedure and Practice shall be according to the rules framed by the University.

How to get Admission: Not all of our programs accept students directly. The University of Kerala's Centralized Online Admission System allows students to select their seats. To confirm their seats, the candidates must take part in multiple rounds of the university's allotment process.

Open Course: The department offers an open course for students from disciplines other than commerce – Principles of Management.
